Ordering

You can order our products online by using our online ordering system or you can mail in your order by proceeding through the order online, selecting the “Check or Mail Order” option and mailing in your order and payment.

Payment policy

You are free to use the payment option you prefer -- all major credit cards, checks, money orders are accepted. To purchase online with a credit card, you will be transferred to Paypal, a global leader in online payment solutions, to conduct the payment transaction. You will then be redirected back to the Arbre de Vie products website to finalize the order. If you would prefer to use a personal check or money order, you will be prompted to print your order and mail it in with your payment.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are levied for purchases shipped in the state of Maryland. If your order ships to an address outside of Maryland, you will not be charged sales taxes.

Special Shipping Promotion

Free Ground Shipping on Orders of $60 or More. To redeem, simply process to check out, select any shipping option - NOTE that your order will ship via USPS ground service. When prompted for promotion code, enter: FREE SHIPPING and the shipping cost will be deducted. This promotion is available for a limited time. Cannot be used with any other promotions.

Shipping Options and Rates

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being processed, Orders received on a Friday will ship out the following Monday. In the unlikely event we are out of stock of a product you ordered, we will email or call you within 24 hour to let you know of your options.

We offer a variety of shipping options from the United States Postal Service and UPS. The price of shipping is based on your order and your options are automatically calculated during the online check out process.

We unfortunately do not currently offer international shipping, you can email or call us for options.

Product packaging

Arbre de Vie products come in beautiful and practical packaging and, all purchases are shipped along with a short brochure explaining the benefits of unrefined Shea Butter.

Returns Policy

Because our products are used for personal skin care, we cannot accept returns. However should a product show to be defective at receipt (broken bottle for instance) we will gladly exchange it. Our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us.
